Why We Built This Site
Many Tennessee court records are open, but custody changes with the division. The Circuit Court Clerk serves Circuit and Criminal matters and routes General Sessions questions. The Clerk & Master serves Chancery. General Sessions includes juvenile jurisdiction and Hartsville’s consolidated municipal division. Because no public local trial portal was verified, the site brings these court roles, clerk contacts, request methods, and limited appellate search together.
What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do
Trousdale County Court Docket is privately operated and has no relationship with a Tennessee court, clerk, or government agency. Its functions are limited:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified record must come from the clerk or court that maintains it. This resource can identify an office, but it cannot supply the document.
Search Partners
Independent providers operate search boxes on certain pages and control their services, pricing, and results. A purchase made after using a tool may generate a referral fee that helps fund access to the reference material. Trousdale County Court Docket does not set provider charges or determine the contents of a result.
